Toothpaste. It's something everyone uses. And yet there's the ever lasting debate. What order do you apply the toothpaste?Is it water first, then paste? Paste then water? Water, Paste, and even more water? And feel free to discuss any other ways you choose to do it! I know this is heavy discussion, so don't get too heated  |

I um.
I water my toothbrush first. Then I place a pea-sized paste. Then I water it again. It's become a sort of a habit. At times I might clean my toothbrush in the middle of my brushing session and continue. Not that I mind others doing it differently.

Paste. Brush. Rinse brush, brush with rinsed brush.
Watering your tooth brush first softens the bristles which makes your brushing less effective!
